1. Returns

a. You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return unworn and unwashed items for a full refund or exchange.

b. To initiate a return, kindly contact our Customer Support team at [baggool@163.com] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. We cannot accept returns without an RA number.

c. Returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

2. Refunds

a. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 30 days.

b. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during your purchase.

c. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error in the shipment of your order.

3. Exchanges

a. If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our Customer Support team for an RA number.

b. Exchanges will be handled once we receive and inspect the returned item.

c. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or provide an alternative solution.

4. Return Shipping

a. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless we made an error in shipping your order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

a. In the event you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at baggool@163.com with details and photographs if possible. We will promptly assist you in resolving the issue.
